6:30-7:15PM Arrive promptly or fashionably late for Hors d'Oeuvres paired with an Alsatian Riesling and a Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Great Opportunity to socially learn more about wine from Brasserie JO'S Sommelier and local wine distributors.
7:15-8:00PM Sit down and relax. We'll have roast duck breast and of course a little something for your sweet tooth paired with equally satisfying vin to accompany these decadences. We'll take you in-depth with wine pairing and production.
